This sits at the confluence of Stetattle Creek with the Skagit River just below Diablo Dam in southeast Whatcom County. Seattle City Light buildings occupy part of the bar. The name origin has not been traced, but the bar was once a spiritual boundary for upper Skagit River Indians.
