A long time business at White Center, Decoraciones Ely is a traditional dress shop, packed with religious accessories to commemorate various Catholic festivities as well as colorful garments to dress both infants and adults. This building was originally constructed in 1926 and has always been part of the commercial life of White Center. In the late 1930s, it was a grocery store. In the 1960s, it was a shoe shop, Burton’s Shoes. By 1969, the shoe store was vacant but a local dress shop occupied the adjacent storefront to the south.
