A historic site with 10 acres of rural land in what is now the Broadview neighborhood of Seattle. Views of Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains, Olmsted Brothers were hired to locate a cottage and prepare a landscape plan for what would be the Dunn family summer retreat. Arthur Dunn implemented the 1916 plan. In the 1940s the grounds were divided amongst family members and three additional residences built. The summer house was destroyed in 1949 and a new one built following the design of the original.
