Green Bank Farm a large former dairying establishment and loganberry farm, now an arts and events center; in the 1930s was also known as Greenbank Experimental Farm. This is now managed by the Port of Coupeville and is being used for a variety of functions.
The road used to continue to the former Jim Pratt’s Place once a summer resort with 20 cabins, located on Holmes Harbor. It had excellent clam beds, and fishing in near-by waters is good. Jim Pratt’s Place is no longer in operation.
