Holy Family School opened in 1927 as the first parochial school of the Sisters of Providence from Mount St. Vincent. In the first decades following its establishment, the school was run by joined efforts from the Sisters and the Holy Family parish. The history of the school, its struggles and recoveries reflect the story of its community. Today, Holy Family School is a bilingual, multicultural institution that serves many Latino families and helps them maintain a strong bond with their home language and traditions. Classes are taught in both English and Spanish.
