Mashel Prairie

Mashel Prairie is a hundred acre meadow between Ohop Creek and the Mashel River west of Eatonville. The prairie was named for the Mashel River. The grave of Indian Henry is at the edge of the prairie which is now mainly overgrown with trees and scotch broom.
