The farm was originally owned by the Wilsons, who sold the farm to relatives Gerhart and Frances (Gallanger) Kring in the early 1940s. The barn had been used for all livestock and had a large milking area, as well as horse stalls and a bull pen. The farm is unique in that it is split by Richardson road.
